Re: Redskins Sign 14 Players
One name that jumps out is Billy McMullen, formerly of the Eagles and Vikings. At 6'4", perhaps he can be a factor as the big WR we've been missing from the offense.

Re: Redskins Sign 14 Players
I have a feeling Anthony Mix will be our big time receiver with the chemistry he and Campbell has from there college days together. Mix is the man plus a huge special team player.

Re: Redskins Sign 14 Players
Eric Shelton sounds intriguing, he was a 2nd round pick for the Panthers and is a big bruisin back.

Re: Redskins Sign 14 Players
Don't get me wrong, I love what I saw from Mix on special teams and I hope he gets a legit shot at the WR rotation. Adding McMullen creates stronger competition, which is always a good thing.

Re: Redskins Sign 14 Players
I would be surprised if he can make the team. He was really disappointing in Philly. Hopefully he's improved.

I haven't seen very much of him, but I've heard stuff so I'll take your word for it.

Re: Redskins Sign 14 Players
If Billy McMullen has to be an integral part of the Skins' passing offense in 2008, they are headed for a top 10 draft pick in the Spring of 2009.
Couldn't play in Philly. Traded to Minny and couldn't play there. Make a list of all the truly great WRs in Philly and Minny that kept him on the bench. You could write that list on the back of a postage stamp with a crayon.

Of course, that doesn't do a whole lot to justify his selection in the second round, but it does explain why he still may have a career in front of him after being released.

They signed Eubanks back?
