So Now Who Do You Want?
With Williams gone, who do you want (not think should be) to be the next head coach of the Washington Redskins?

Re: So Now Who Do You Want?
That's a no-brainer. I'll take the coach with the most experience and a SB ring.

Re: So Now Who Do You Want?
Can we stop talking about Bill Cowher for crying out loud. He's not coming here. Jeez!!! I'll take Meeks.

Re: So Now Who Do You Want?
My brain is about to explode. I can't even think straight.
This thing has gotten so nuts, I really don't know who I'd prefer. While I'm concerned about the toll this has taken on the team, we're sure to have a VERY exciting season next year, for better or for worse. I'm torn on Schwartz or Spagnuolo.

Schwartz or Grimm, I think they should ask Arizona for permission to interview him.

Re: So Now Who Do You Want?
I'm going Cowher. What the hell? Who knows what's going to happen. I could see Fassel, Cowher, Schwartz all working out well or horrible. I have no idea what's going to happen and how it's going to go.

Re: So Now Who Do You Want?
Well - I know who I don't want: Cowher or Fassel.
As for the other three, God knows - who's the best bet? It's an F'ing crapshoot. Whichever one has (in no particular order): a)the balls to stand up to LDS, b) the ability to work with the existing coaching staff and c) the skill to mold a group of professional atheletes into a team. My initial reaction is Schwartz, but it could just as easily be Meeks or Spag. My problem with all of them is that they all have a bit of the "flavor of the month" about them. Hopefully, we're getting the next Tomlin and not the next Cameron.

Re: So Now Who Do You Want?
What he said but if I was HC of a team I would want my own assistants not the ones the owner picked out for me that could limit who wants to come to D.C.

I hope they will wise up and try to talk Grimm into it. That would sooth sooo many fans.

My sentiments exactly. Unless Snyder has his man and is just waiting til after the SB to make the announcemnt a well seasoned HC might not want to come here. Sounds like Snyder is a total control freak!!!!!!! |
