Re: ESPN: Is Campbell a break out player?

There isn't a Redskins fan here who shows more love for Santana Moss than I do, I will NEVER forget that MNF game against Dallas. I would love for him to have another 05 like season this year....he has to! If he doesn't, the writing is on the wall for him. I can see both sides of the back and forth arguments here, on one hand, I think a lot of people here remember that 05 season for Moss and how special he was here, but on the other, the numbers don't lie and Moss's last 2 season have been anything but special....BUT I completely agree about the QB play and the offense being a big part of that.

So, with all that said, we will see this year, because I truly believe that Moss will get his opportunities this year. I wish him ALL the best!

Campbell is scaring me. I know he didn't have much in the way of pass protection but his surrounding players don't look like they have faith in him. Moss is a habitual offender of this but the O-line doesn't seem to care when he gets blasted during a sack.

You might be overthinking the issue with your psychoanalysis. I'm concerned after watching the game in Carolina last Saturday (think it was bad on TV, try watching from inside Bank of America Stadium, brutal). I'm not ready to buy into your lack of faith thesis though.

yeah too many assumptions there to take it seriously.

I dont look for campbell to be MVP this year..but i look for him to have his best season. Cooley is a everydown threat, You have another solid pass catching tight end in fred davis. Thrash is always consistent and randle el is the man. Moss however, i have doubts about this year contributing to the numbers. Perhaps thats why we invested in the 2 wideouts in the draft? Make a solid move towards bigger recievers instead of the speed team?
