chris carter is still pissed art monk made it into the HOF before him.i'm sorry,i know i'm prejudiced to the skins,but i can't see the titans as that good of a team.is it me?do you guys feel that too?

I don't think this is outrageous to suggest. Well I have serious doubts about the Titans as a Superbowl team, they are head and shoulders above the rest of the league defensively right now.

Who gives two shits about what chris carter has to say. Keep us flying under the radar and we just need to take care of our business one game at a time, looking past NO TEAM.

I could give a rats ass about anything he has to say, but they are undefeated. So the Titans have a solid team.

they absolutely drubbed minnesota and the texans, who both have looked like decent nfl teams... then went into baltimore and stole that win against the only D in the afc that has allowed as few points as themselves.

they've scored 6 more points than we have and allowed 42 less point through five games. I wouldn't say we're better. We could be, but I wouldn't be all that sure of it.

I assume you guys have read the Deadspin articles about Cris Carter threatening to beat the crap out of bloggers because one guy wrote what an a-hole he is, and every blogger he meets he assumes is that guy? After that whole thing where he was competing with Art for a HoF spot and wrote in his Yahoo column that Art didn't deserve to make it, I pretty much decided I never needed to hear from that egomaniac again.

And sure, the Titans are a strong defensive team, no doubt. But let's put it in perspective: Kerry Collins running that offense is like Mark Brunell running our offense a few years ago when our D was dominating. Get back to me in 6 weeks and we'll see if the defense can keep bailing them out on a weekly basis. Right now I think we are a more balanced team and a team that has more ways to beat an opponent.

Cris Carter and Art Monks were both amazing WRs. Both deserving of the HoF. Honestly, the Titans may be better than the skins. Hard to say. Both teams are playing great football right now.
