Re: Marko Mitchell vs. Kevin Ogletree
Many at Valley Ranch are enamored with Ogletree. And I think that he certainly give Stanback a reason to start cleaning out his locker.
But at the end of the day, with Williams, Crayton, Hurd and Austin ahead of him on the depth chart, he is going to have to make a considerable contribution on Special Teams if he wants to make the final 53 man roster. |

Re: Marko Mitchell vs. Kevin Ogletree
That is because the Cavaliers have not had a quarterback since 2003.

Re: Marko Mitchell vs. Kevin Ogletree
I know this will get some heads rolling, but I think I've found some peace with Vinny.
I think he runs a good scouting and draft team that can identify late round talent, and especially recently with Mitchell and Horton. For me it's always been Snyder that pisses me off. I think Vinny simply doesn't bite the hand that feeds him, so to speak. I really like the Mitchell kid, and can't wait to see him on end zone packages and catch one over Kenny Phillips in Week 1. |

Re: Marko Mitchell vs. Kevin Ogletree
Ogletree won this season; however i think we can expect big things from Marko Mitch in the future. As of right now this is my WR depth chart:
Ogletree: REC 7 YDS 96 AVG 13.7 TDS 0 Marko: REC 4 YDS 32 AVG 8.0 TDS 0 I place Marko above Kelly in terms of depth and I think it should be interesting battle with Mitchell and Kelly going into next season.

I wouldn't mind if Marko moved up the depth chart. |

Re: Marko Mitchell vs. Kevin Ogletree
I hate to be a dick and call you out but what did you see from Marko this year that makes you think he will be a big time player? Please don't say he's 6'4" and runs a 4.49 40 yard dash because it doesn't mean much if they can't play. Some guys can play others cant.... Taylor Jacobs anyone?
or how about Markos twin? Darnerien McCants - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia It's way to early to give up on him but he has to show flashes against an NFL team before people should get their hopes up. |

Totally agree, this guy hasn't produced squat in a real game and he is below a guy that didn't produce squat til the season was a total waste. Our WR corp sucks past Moss. ARE has underachieved. Thomas did improve over '08 so he might have some future utility. Kelly didn't do anything til we achieved loss #9 or #10, and Marko is below this guy on the depth charts. I rather have Rod Gardner and Westbrook back than these bums. |

Re: Marko Mitchell vs. Kevin Ogletree
Enough already with Marko Mitchell. Dude is not as good as you'll think he is otherwise he would be on the field.

Re: Marko Mitchell vs. Kevin Ogletree
With a normal coaching staff that would be true, I honestly believe we under utilized every player on our team though. The only positive about that is you know what level of natural talent you have on the team. I hope this next crew finds away to coach players above their basic abilities and get many of them to that next level.
