I read this article on Yahoo about it and some guy was like, "I don't even care what it is, I'll buy it no matter what the price."
We've had the PC versus Apple debate before, but maaaaaaaan, I didn't know it had gotten to that point. Insane.

I don't have any desire to buy this thing any time soon. A big reason Apple charges these prices is because of how maniacal their following has become. People are nuts for Mac. Hell, if you can get away with charging what they do, then why not?
I love my iPhone, but those Apple stores are just stupid. $35 for a plastic case?? $20 for a thin piece of plastic film to cover the screen?? LOL. Gimmie a break.

iPad? Really? Sounds like a tampon. I can't really see what's innovative about this thing. Bill Gates was doing this tablet thing 5 years ago.

You can't even call it a giant iPhone because there's no 3G...a giant iPod Touch that is smaller than a Netbook, but too big to shove in your back pocket.

I was thinking of getting a kindle... might be tempted to go for an "iPad" (horrible name) instead.
