Re: The Masters 2010
Tiger Woods owes me no apology. Go ahead tigre! On the course or off, work that signature stroke. Do it for the hommies!

Re: The Masters 2010
I will be interested in seeing how Phil got to 5 under today. He has hit the ball so bad off the T I just didn't see a 5 under coming from him today. I also notice my sleeper pick Fred Couples had a good day at 4 under. They are under a tornado watch and are suppose to get a heavy rain tonight so the scores could be lower tomorrow. The greens there have a vacume type system under them and they can suck the moister out of the greens to speed them up as needed. Its pretty cool as they can soak the greens and cut on this machine and they are dry in minutes.

Re: The Masters 2010
And just like that, barring a meltdown on these last two holes, Tiger will have logged his best opening round ever at the Masters. So much for rust and distractions. I personally find it impossible not to cheer for him when he's on the course.
Couples looking like a revelation at age 50 at -6.

Re: The Masters 2010
I like seeing Watson do well. Especially because he turns like 61 or something this year.

Re: The Masters 2010
Its also good to see Tiger hold it down...I was worried that he would buckle under the pressure.

Re: The Masters 2010
So, I'm missing it. What hole and tell me, Tiger just nailed an Eagle?

Re: The Masters 2010
Tiger had a few eagles today, the most recent coming on 15. He just tapped in for par on 18, -4 for the day, which is two strokes better than any opening round he's ever played at Augusta. He missed three or four really makeable birdie puts too. He could easily be -7. Surprisingly good round for TW today.

Re: The Masters 2010
It sucks that coverage doesn't start until 4pm. Couples, Barnes, Westwood, and Tiger (all at the top of the leader board) are all playing right now.

Re: The Masters 2010
You know, I appreciate the Tiger updates on ESPN because I am interested in how he's playing, but I have to LOL at the media orgy over him. On the bottom line yesterday at one point "Breaking News" flashed across the screen, so I was like, oh, I wonder what happened. It said, "Tiger Woods hits 2nd shot on 3rd hole near the bunker and will try to chip on to the green." HA! That's breaking news?? Anyway, I just think it's funny.
