Re: Stanley Cup Playoffs 2010
i just heard earlier that it wasn't confirmed and heard something along the lines of putting theo back in for confidence. imo keep green and theo off the ice once we get in the playoffs

Re: Stanley Cup Playoffs 2010
You do realize that Green is leading the team in ice time right? Outside of the goalies of course.

Re: Stanley Cup Playoffs 2010
Today is the big day. Philly is locked in. We just need to finish off the habs tonight in DC!

Re: Stanley Cup Playoffs 2010
Caps defense needs to get way better if they want to win the Cup...defense still wins championships. They need to finish the Habs tonight. We deserve a Champion in DC.

So far this mentality has worked. I mean, you cant really argue with the best overall regular season record...and it was by a landslide.

Re: Stanley Cup Playoffs 2010
Ok, take it easy buddy. My point is that its a little late now to worry about building up a good defensive corps. We have to work with what we have - a high powered offense, on/off goal tending, and a so so defence.

Re: Stanley Cup Playoffs 2010
what an awful game, and maybe i'm just focusing in on him to much but green is still not playing up to par, but he wasn't the only one there were a ton of shitty passes across the middle that got picked off. varly is a freaking stud though great game from him yet again. and i hate to harp on it again but the refs are f-ing us hard in this series i thought it was because because we were in mtl, but last night was pretty awful as well i mean how do they miss 6 guys on the ice we should have been up by 2 men. i'm sure we'll beat their ass in mtl but would have been nice to win at home and get some rest

Re: Stanley Cup Playoffs 2010
I think if we win this series we play Philly since they'd be the lowest remaining seed available unless Boston wins their series (not sure whether it's Boston or Philly at the 7 seed. )
