But be honest...would the Rams really bite on that haynesworth trade? That'd be so awesome.

Re: The Official 2010 NFL Draft Thread: Round 1

comparing marko mitchell to randy moss is a bit of a stretch, especially since he's only seen a lot of gametime in the pre season versus third and fourth string guys who didn't even make nfl squads. I hope he does though.

If it is that is some terrible trade value right there. but, if he wants out screw him and give us the 5th.

The Redskins couldn't trade down...Nobody wanted to go as high as the 4th pick. All the trading of picks was done later on.

D Bryant may pan out for them, but the move smells of player love by JJ. He looked like a kid on Christmas morning when he phoned in the pick, (courtesy dc.com cam) and now he is giving him 88. That would be like someone ever wearing 81 again here. As always I am hoping that NYG, Philly, and Orakpo/AH MAUL Romo all year long, and Dez Bryant is screaming "Just Get Me the Damn Ball"

Re: The Official 2010 NFL Draft Thread: Round 1

One things for sure though. The Cowboys are going to be amazing on Madden. Sort of like a richer version of the Detroit Lions in 2003.

Also now that Dallas is LOADED at receiver I want to beat them now more then ever. I want to show the world that just because you have infinity billion play makers doesn't mean you're going to win in this league.

I want Big Al, Orakpo, Kemo, Carriker, Wilson, and any other random blitzer that Haslet decides to bring to destroy Romo before he has any sort of chance to get the ball out of his hands. Then I want to run the ball down their throats with our trio of Grandpa's, revamped Offensive line, competent offensive system, and the threat of our franchise QB with his ability to go deep. It's going to be a nasty game but when the smoke clears we'll be the ones on top.

Nice move by the Cowboys here. Wish we could have picked him up.

I think the Cowboys got the steal of the draft with DB.

My vote for steal of the draft is Green Bay with Bulaga. No one expected him to drop to #23, he was a top 10 to most people.

The Seahawks could be said to have gotten two steals. Okung at 6 and the second-best safety in the draft at 14...nice picks.

Lol, scouts will always tell you they knew so and so was going to drop. Then when they get into broadcasting it's all about how "we ran 10,000 different scenarios but you never know whats going to happen in the draft. So many times you're faced with a situation you're not prepared for."
