If that article was TMI than this one is way too much information. In it, LT goes with the no-touch defense and the 16yo, who i guess interviewed with the NY Daily News, gives a pretty detailed/graphic rebuttal. Not everyone(maybe no one) should read this article.

I'm sure there still has to be a charge for exposing oneself to a minor but atleast it might not be a felony. Atleast I think thats what he and his lawyer are going to argue.
