Amen brother man. Preach on. Well, I won't say things will be perfect again, but it'll do a lot to fix how I see him at least if Romo is getting carted off the field. I will be able to say for the first time in awhile, "Albert Haynesworth put a smile on my face."

He's trying to slim down since Derrick Fisher took that 3 year deal to stay in LA, he probably thinks he has a shot at playing the point. I can see it now. Fat Al dishes a no look pass to LeBron for a jam. Poetry.

Think of how great of shape AH could have been in had he not spent the first months of the off-season gaining nearly 15 pounds

I think it is a good report.

Doesn't Haslett want the DE around 326. Maybe that is what he is working to get close to. I don't know juswt throwing it out there. Want the guy to come in shape and be ready to play football. Nothing more nothing less.

nah I got you.. AH at 320 would be good as long as his conditioning backed it up.. didn't state it well but I meant the healthy 320 more for the guys that were trying to gain like Daniels

he should be thankful that they'll move him around a bit because they may use him a bit more situationally and he'll get some breaks here and there rotating out with guys like Golston, Daniels, Kemoeatu, etc
