I explained this to you back in July. Most people around age 21-26 who go to Fan or Downtown bars live in those areas. This just links those 2 areas, in my experience there is a lot of drinking in one area and ending up in another. Also its not like DC, if you want to live in a hip place in Richmond you pay about the same rent as you would if you lived in the suburbs. But odds are your place will have a lot of "character" and wont have a washer/dryer and youll have to deal w street parking.

Now fancy UR kids might drive to the fan get on the bus, go bar hoping, then get dropped off and then drive back home (the West End, not all the way back to New Jersey or Connecticut).
