I used to be big into it. Was about 100 short of Elite Unequipped when I stopped, had just passed Master. Hell I haven't lifted consistently in about 6 years, makes me sick how far I got in a year and a half and then just stopped (was constantly sick, had to move, was broke, etc) and never got back going. I gotta get back into it soon.

There are plenty of guys who never even lifted that have this condition. Sometimes it doesn't look as obvious until after a big weight loss, but we've also seen those big guys who look like they need a bra.

Depending on certain hormones in some supplements, I guess it could show up. Some people (Manny Ramirez) take estrogen to mask testosterone supplements against testing. So I'm not saying it can't be from drug use, but it is a legit medical condition on its own.

Keep it up after the vacation, you won't regret it...and won't have to work like mad next spring too.

I find the women who "bulk" during the winter than starve themselves while running a treadmill in the spring to get a "beach body" quite annoying. Just maintain a reasonable diet/fitness plan year-round and you won't have to torture your body AND mind/self-esteem every year.

Yeah. For me I've always been a more slim kind of guy, but have been pudgier after college.

My goals are to increase muscle mass and a bit of toning. Not trying to be the Hulk here. Either way I wasn't in the best shape a few weeks ago.
