And I don't think it should be important to us this draft anyway...trading up i.e. mortgaging the future, at this stage in the Shanahan regime is not in the franchise's best interest (though it is in Mike's best interest). I seem to remember complaints like that about another prominent QB early in his career. I forget his name though. It was like Paton Tanning or something like that. Took him like 5 games before he got a win in the postseason.

don't forget that culpepper once threw it 82 yards with no pads on
