Tough break for Peters. Good thing for them they signed Bell. They might need him longer than expected.

I'm just going to point and laugh at Jason Peters because he's an Eagle.

The story said that, as a result of the first tear he was likely to miss 4 to 6 months of football activity as a result of the first tear and that this second was only going to add an additional three weeks to his recovery time.

Didn't mean to cause a fuss. The article I referred to stated that Peters' re-injury yesterday was casting doubt on his ability to recover at all. I believe that new information was worthy of a new thread. Since his replacement was signed months ago, it never occurred to me that the information would be in an article about free agent signings.

My intimacy with the rules of the forum ain't what it used to be, but it used to be pretty intimate. I will endeavor to look harder next time however - scout's honor.

Honestly, I started the thread because I wanted to talk about my favorite pie, and thought this might be a good ice breaker. It's coconut cream pie. And it's delicious.

Can only speak for myself but I think it's a worthwhile thread anytime something significant happens with a division opponent and french silk pie (made from scratch) is among the finest flavors in the history of the world and all worlds beyond.

Bro, it's ok. I was just being a smart ass and posting to the link about something that they made a big deal about a month ago. Had I known this many jack wagons were going to come in and ride my ass, I would have withheld such link. To be sure, I'll know in the future not to post said link. That said, there are more posts in this thread about "thread cops" than there are about Jason Peters. His injury didn't change anything. He was already out for the year, they had already signed his backup. Keep doing what you are doing.
