Or maybe we should be 3-1? I'd be more upset if we were playing really smart (i.e. no silly penalties) and struggling to get our offense going.

Bob looked better than ok. Especially if we remember he was playing in his fourth game. Of course its easy to forget he is a rookie when watching him so.....

Penalties bother me, but the stupid emotional ones really burn me up. The Garcon personal foul and Clipping penalty killed 2 drives the second half. That is unacceptable and shows no discipline. How could you be so stupid and selfish after the Morgan play? There needs to be more accountability. Shanny should rip those guys for that garbage.

These are the type of penalties I was referring to. That is a reflection of coaching. IMO.

Shanny should have yanked Garcon's ass outta the game and dressed him down on the sidelines in front of the entire team. No excuse for that play.

You know we just want to see quality football rite? Lets stop the in-fighting. We are probably alot closer to the bottom of the barrel than the top of it After almost blowing that game am i supposed to stick my chest out and play httr all day because we snuck out a close one against a bad team? Im happy we won because it allows me to dream still that we are going to make some noise this year but i also realize that we were about six inches from being the same old redskins and now we get the falcons, ravens, steelers and six against the nfc east. So at the end of the year are you even going to give a crap you beat the 5-11 bucs in a clise one? Lol. There were problems even in the win there were problems. And its ok to hash them out in a discussion thread about the game without having to be called a debbie downer or cry baby. Jeez-

I believe it was Kory L and i didnt see a trip. The Oline was getting out to block Polumbus's side and in the flow to get to the outside he was beat and went right at the back of his knees taking the guy out. I thought it was a pretty clear call.

Maybe we should be 4-0 actually. Im just being real - i see an offense that if garcon can stay healthy and smart is going to be ferocious by the end of the year. If i had to lay money on the line though SS and pick a record im saying 5-11 maybe 6-10. I mean the Bucs arent good. We trashed their run d - but i already knew we had a good run game. I am in love with our offense. My two biggest problems with the team are of course the secondary - who hung in there yesterday and gave me faint hope on that end but mainly is ms and ks taking their foot off the gas when we should be putting nails in coffins. Its as if they dont realize what they have in rg3 yet?

Really?

He's only on pace for 4,000 yards passing and 1,000 rushing.

Before this all gets out of hand and ugly lets all remember one thing. I am not being overly pessimistic or optimistic here. Almost (minus the ravens with dilfer) every championship team is built around a qb We have one - just got him actually. He looks like he is ready to challenge to be one of the best of all time! I will agree whole heartedly with ss on something too - when we drafted him did u think it had nothing to do with his ability to run? He is smart. He takes hits but i did see him smartly run out of bounds yesterday and ive seen him throw the ball away when necessary this year. Every qb in the league takes hits but for When ur qb is a rookie and a great one at that they are going to be magnified. Especially when your franchise hasnt had a qb in twenty years! Rg3 will put this team on his back and will them to greater and greater things as his career progresses so regardless of ur thoughts on his coaches - take solace in that. Now where ever you are put down what you have in your hands or pull over and point ur fingers to the heavens and chant with me .....RG3 RG3 RG3!!!!!
