Re: Pinkston out for season
I think they were worse with Pinkston in the line up! Oh, well--I don't cheer injuries, but it couldn't have happened to a "nicer" bunch of fans.
(TO probably hit him Jeff Galoolie-style with a metal pipe to help with the contract talks...)

Re: Pinkston out for season
I normally don't cheer for players getting injured, but I will this time (since it's not career-threatening).

I fully expected it to be some gynecological reason. I'm shocked.

Re: Pinkston out for season
Just one less "weapon" for McNabb this year. I hear rumors that they are considering trading Corey Simon to the Bills. Expect a receiver (probably Sam Aiken - I doubt they'll release any of the top three) to be involved if it happens.

Re: Pinkston out for season
heh. i doubt they will trade eric moulds, he's a good reciever who's been putting up solid numbers for awhile. maybe lee evans though, but i doubt that too.

Re: Pinkston out for season
He actually will help the Eagles more by being on the bench because he blows. This gives the younger better guys a chance to step up. This kind of sucks he doin them a favor!

Re: Pinkston out for season
I hate the Eagles more than any other team but this does help them. Pinkston is trash and he is going no where but Greg Lewis is better than people think and Reggie Brown is a very solid WR and has alot of upside......... On a side note thank you Carolina Panthers for taking Rod Gardner because he could have very well been an Eagle if not for them

Re: Pinkston out for season
dude their WRs suck ass now, it is really funny to me seeing that westbrook, TO, and Simon are acting up. We have no such problem. The Eagles are a freak show right now and we are all having fun watching.
I mean they let go of Mitchell, number 3 WR in yards last year, Pinkston is hurt Number 2 last year. I don't know, this looks good for TO if he actually decided to hold out, they may be forced to do what the hell he tells them to do. Hines Ward is needed by the Steelers and he couldn't have chosen a better time to hold out and if he commits he will get what he wants, TO now could hold out and maybe get what he wants, I know that they have said that he won't hold out but with this he might just want to. |
