Re: Playoff Predictor

Speaking off playoffs, it's been particularly satisfying seeing Laron Landry play for the shitty Jets while we've been on a roll. #waterunderthebridge

Re: Playoff Predictor

I think the most dramatic NFC Wildcard weekend would be
NYG @ Skins (if that happened, it would mean during our winning streak we would have beaten Dallas and Philly twice during our win streak, and a win over the Giants would mean we beat them 2xs also. )

and

Seattle @ GB (Settle the replacement ref debacle once and for all, unless the reg refs make a bad call at the end too!)

For some reason, I'm not buying Seattle. They're like Hyde when not playing at home.

I was wondering about what scenarios we'd win the division at 9-7. None of them seem particularly realistic to me. If we're a good team, we'll trash the eagles... i'm a little scared of the cowboys though. Yeah, we've beaten them once, but they generally dont choke until they get to the playoffs. Still, a (likely primetime) week 17 home game vs our most hated rival for the division title and a playoff home game.... i can't imagine a more exciting game.

There are three scenarios in place. But the most stable is the Redskins winning the next two games and winning the NFC East at 10-6.

They do win in that scenario i just meant that conference never supercedes common opponents no matter if its a two or three way tie on top of the division. The criteria always stays the same.

I always thought it was head to head, division, than conference. Common opponents is actually before conference. Still cant believe the twelfth tiebreaker is a ****ing coin toss. Lol. Couldnt it be safeties, or sacks, or first downs? Something that actually has to do with football?

I thought the same thing as you.... the coin toss thing is pretty dumb, but i think the chances of it ever being used are astronomically slim. Id be interested to know how far down the tiebreaker list theyve ever had to go.

Me too. Cant imagine very far past number four at all. Yeah to get to a coin toss has to be a one in 100,000,000 million. Lol
