MVP supposed to be a individual award, but they don't give it to players who do not make the playoffs. (so wins do factor in it)

I think RGIII deserves the award as well, but we'll see in the end. I'd rather our QB get a SB ring.
Cam got it last year and his team didn't go to the playoffs. As for taking a 2 win team to 10 wins, RG3 took a perennial 4-5 win team to (hopefully) 10 wins and an NFCE title.

Luck's completion rate hovers around 50 percent, so yardage isn't due to quality of passing, but pure quantity.

I think Griffs two injuries hurt his chances, but right now the vote ought to be between Wilson and RG3.

One last point is to compare the level of competition, Lucks schedule was by far easier then RG3 or Wilsons.

EDIT: didn't see the switch from ROY to MVP. Obviously Cam didn't win MVP last year.

Luck has 1 more TD with more snaps, 1 more win with a game left to play, and a boatload more turnovers.

If we're being honest the race is between Griffin and Wilson.

Not to mention RGIII has a blowout lead in rushing yards.

Luck and Wilson are getting all the love today on radio that Ive heard.Everybody loves Wilson since not much was expected, everyone loves Luck because Indy sucked so bad last yr and this yr theyre in the playoffs, nobody cares that much about his turnovers because he has a lot more atts and slings it down the field more.
I think the only wat RG3 has a shot is if he has a monster game against Dallas, and the voters havent already turned their ballots in

Luck targets besides Wayne are 4 rookies. Hilton, Brazil, Fleener and Allen, i would say many of those INT's were cause by route confussion and rookie mistakes.

Have you bother to watch any of the Colts games? I love RGIII but hate the fact that people think he's the only great rookie QB. The Colts sucked last year and cleaned house, that is a young team. Check their # of draft picks.

Luck is good but it's hard to look past all the turnovers when comparing him to RG3 and Wilson who both have significantly less, especially RG3 who has 26 total TDs and only 5 INTs. That's just nuts.

I agree with what someone said earlier that the ROY race should be between RG3 and Wilson more than anything.

Most people (on here) are actually saying that there are two legit OROY's Griffin and Wilson.

This has nothing to do with who we think is a great rookie QB anyways, it's about weighing which offensive player deserves the award more, and just by looking at the stats the picture gets pretty clear.

Rookie of the Year award goes to the person who makes the fewest Rookie mistakes, not the most.

Did you know that Luck has the second most turnovers in the league behind only Mark Sanchez (28 to 29).
