Re: P90x
so what were your end results matty? you make it all the way to the end? gonna do the x or go insane?
since we got back from the beach on 6/5 i haven't really gotten back into it. we are suposed to have a new house which will have an excercise room, which will be awesome if we ever get the f-ing house, we put the offer in 4/5, f short sales. i really wanna finish power 90 and move on the the x, hopefully we will eventually get the house and i can get back into a routine

Re: P90x
Good job sticking with it. Most people don't.
I have not started it yet. Will once I get over these stupid, nagging injuries. (not homo) Have any before/after pictures? Blur your face if you want.

Re: P90x
What's the difference between Power 90, Masters 90, and P90X?
Another question- to do the P90X in your home, what kind of equipment do you need to buy? I wouldn't mind giving myself a new challenge with workouts, but I love my current routine(s), and it works great for me. But I'm always up for something new.

I think Power 90 would not be much of a challenge for you. They are all degrees of difficult, I say P90x, is your speed.

Power 90 Masters = intermediate, or for maintenance after the X P90X = "extreme" home fitness training As for equipment all you need is a few sets of dumbells, or the adjustable ones. A mat for yoga, pull-up bar for the X, and that's about it. |

Re: P90x
I've tried copying the discs so my wife could take them on the road, but for some reason they never work, not sure if it's my burner or what.
