Matty, if the Skins move up and draft Sanchez and then trade Jason Campbell somewhere - - Jets?? - - will you put Sanchez' picture up at the top of the Warpath in place of Campbell?

Or will it be Colt?

Now that all the Jets rumors are out there about intrest in Campbell....


I think we would have a hell of a draft if we traded up got sanchez, traded campbell to the jets for there 2nd rounder(52) allowing them to get their QB and still get there WR in the draft. And then maybe we luck up and snatch mack with that pick? How would you huys feel about that scenario?

I'm not sure we'd get Mack at 52, I think someone like a Loadholt, Meredith, or Tyrone McKenzie might be more likely. But I agree that we have to wait and see how everything shakes out. I don't think we'll get everything we wanted/needed, but I didn't think we would anyway. We could still do well though.

If that happened and we resigned Marcus and one of our young DE's stepped up, that would be the best case scenario if we do draft Sanchez IMO. The problem is Mack will be gone by #52 and we may end up with very few picks if we have to trade up for Sanchez. If this were to happen, drafting an o-lineman or someone like Sidbury at #52 would certainly help but I think that would be all the help we would get. I wouldn't think Sanchez would be available at #13 and it will cost most of our picks to trade up.

I think the Jets, Vikings, Bucs, and Seahawks are all potential destinations. I doubt they'll give up more than a 3rd (maybe a 2nd, but we might have to toss in a late round pick for that). I think the Bucs (and Doug Williams) want him the most, but they don't have the ammo to do it without a third team. Jets could be interesting because we know they want a QB and they know we don't want ours.

Really tough to say right now. So much going on.

They have no 2nd rouner, and their 3rd rounder is after ours, which we don't want.
