Worst MLB contracts are obvious when players can't be moved through waivers or a trade - Yahoo! Sports
Still don't understand why teams sign these guys to contracts like these. It's why I say that Dan Snyder couldn't hold a candle to dumb contracts when compared to MLB owners.

Insane deal. The Dodgers were a contender BEFORE adding these guys. A-Gonz hit a HR in his first AB with the Dodgers too.
I really love to see the complete implosion of the Red Sox. Hopefully they'll go back for another 86-year drought. Their fans are unbearable when they're winning. I just looked up their new roster. What a lineup: Shane Victorino Nick Punto Matt Kemp Adrian Gonzalez Hanley Ramirez Andre Ethier Luis Cruz A.J. Ellis Plus Carll Crowford on DL fr next year? Solid bench with Adam Kennedy, Juan Uribe, Juan Rivera. Starters: Kershaw, Backett, Capuano, Harang, Billingsley (DL), Lilly, Blanton
