Stepping into a situation where you already have a good young QB to build around definitely helps, and with all the picks too. Let's hold off on crowning them just yet, remember in 2010 they seemed to be on the rise only to crash and burn last year.

Let's remember that Fisher walked in to a situation with a #1 overall qb, who despite an awful performance recently, I still think is extremely talented. That makes a difference as you go about building a team, it just does.

Just wait until this kid misses his first kick, once he does it'll really show you what kind of kicker he is if he can dust it off or if he doesn't believe in himself anymore and gets criticized and worse.

Also with not alot of talent around him at all except stephen jackson who is slightly injury prone and danny amendola ( who wasnt a hof'er until they played us. ). His defense wasnt exactly loaded with talent. He has done a good job with personnel and an even better job coaching. I thought the hype with fisher was over blown but he is certsinly impressing me. Ill give credit where credit is due. Everyone wants to say "well he had sam bradford so ...." Come on. Sam Bradford? What was said about him before fisher got there? He was a borderline disappointment.

reminded me of something tim ryan said on sunday. in the past, i did not enjoy commentary from him and myers, idk if they've improved, or my taste has changed, but i think they do a very good job.

i liked when he credited freeman after peviously bashing his play. it was also funny when he mentioned griff's age, ryan was drafted the year he was born.

Re: Around the NFL...Week 5 Style

I'm a big Sam Bradford fan (and I think Laurinaitis and Robert Quinn are going to be great defensive players for a while)...but the Rams are only five games into Fisher's coaching tenure and they're 3-2...same record the Skins had five games into Shanahan's coaching tenure
