It can't be more clear that this coaching staff makes their quarterbacks target players and not progress through reads/ look for the open man. Are they trying to kill KC's value?

Honestly, when calls like that aren't made (and there have been some truly awful ones this game), it's hard not to go all Oliver Stone and think that the league, all the way down to directives to individual refs, are out to screw us.
