Re: Who is Next?
Gregg Williams should be promoted to HC and Blache should be promoted to D Coordinator. Do whatever you must to keep Saunders as O coordinator unless you prefer delaying Campbell's development with a new coordinator. If the Danny has learned anything since owning the Skins, I hope that he understands that stability is one of the most important factors for a successful franchise.

I want to know the extent of this $1mil deal if GW isn't signed. The wash post at first today said that he would get the bonus if not hired as HC, then reported that the Skins are denying that there is such a clause. |

Re: Who is Next?
Does anyone know if Grilliams called the defensive plays as HC in Buffalo?

Re: Who is Next?
I would like to say that JLC knows nothing and his take on the press confrence is wrong. Greg is our next coach, like it or not and I like it. I like it, because I want to see Al with total control of the offense. Worst thing to come out of this other than Joe leaving is, I am afraid that Bugel will retire also.

We'll be able to make a couple of moves due to the astute cap management team we have, and we won't be letting people go like crazy, but if you think were going to be able to compete for elite FA's, then you will be disappointed. |

Re: Who is Next?
Russ Grimm Arizona Cardinals Assistant head coach/offensive line coach
Snyder scored points with Redskins fans by hiring the Redskins' Hall of Fame coach, so why not hire one of their greatest offensive linemen? Grimm was a candidate for jobs in Chicago and Pittsburgh and is clearly ready to take the step into head coaching. I could get excited over Russ. He has the fan connection as well as coaching experience. For the Cower supporters they did work together. Coaching with Cower and playing for Coach Gibbs I'm sure he learned a few things. Several former players are doing very well as Head Coaches.

Re: Who is Next?
I won't be happy unless it's Williams. Keep the staff the same. Oh yeah, we really need to get rid of Vinny Ceratto too and get a real GM.

Re: Who is Next?
No, but just yesterday, he was telling us that Joe was in negotiations for an extension. I did not get anything like, we wont hire Williams out if the press confrence. In fact, Snyder said that he likes continuity. I believe Williams is hands down our next coach. I also believe that Lavar Arrington knew this already.
