Re: Around the NFL...Week 8 Style
I was always a bit surprised at those that doubted Manning in the offseason. I know he was coming off a pretty serious injury situation, but I felt that he wouldn't try to play if he wasn't 100% sure that he could play at a pretty high level. He'll have the Broncos in a serious SB chase.

Re: Around the NFL...Week 8 Style
Yeah how about the Not-Nationals winning the World Series!
And Matty, I'm with you on Peyton and the Broncos. I've been saying since the start of the year that if the Broncos could go to the 2nd round of the playoffs last year with Tebow, imagine how far they could go with Manning... This team, no matter how far down they are, find a way to comeback (maybe not completely, but definitely make the game close). Now they'll cruise right to the playoffs and get a second shot at New England and Houston.

I have to say, that made me laugh.... I probably wouldn't, but since it was against the Eagles, it's hilarious.

Re: Around the NFL...Week 8 Style
What the heck happened to them? A few two years ago they ran the ball as best i've seen in the NFL in a while between the tackles, they would smash it right down your gullet.
