Do you like the Murphy pick? The timing of it i mean, not addressing the pass rush or Murphy in particular. Is it the direction you would have gone if the Skins gave you the honor? Lol.

Don't see anyone claiming to know anything about scouting and what not, but it's not unrealistic to question drafting a guy some saw as a 4th rounder when oline and secondary help were bigger glaring needs and you still could have gotten this guy with one of your next two picks.

None of us are experts but we all have common sense

Not hard to see that we need help all over the OL

"Some" meaning fans and media, who, frankly, don't have a clue a lot of the time.

Just not goin to kill the team over one pick when we have 6 more and two coming in the next 22 picks.

Obviously the whole thing is a crapshoot. Alex Smith vs Tom Brady. However, as a fan or an expert we cannot predict the future. As it stands now Murphy is a reach that early. No question about it. Question about the future - sure. Rite now - makes little sense. Hope im dead wrong.

Please stop being reasonable. People need to freak out.

Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 2-3

Moving on, picks are all the way up to SF at 61. 5 more picks to our next selection. Also we are at the point where our 5th rounder should be fair trade value if we want to move up.

Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 2-3

People need to chill the F out. It's not like we're picking two WRs and a TE in the same round. We have two third rounders anyway.

I'm just saying that people are complaining that this pick was a reach at a position that they as fans don't view as a need, but the FO likely sees it an entirely different way. I think Trent Murphy was the BPA, so they took him.
