I'm telling you guys, watch this kid Lockett. Seattle got a really really good player.
Seems a bit extreme. We aren't a 3rd round gamebreaker away from winning it all like maybe Seattle is, I do like the extra picks over 1 potential game breaker.

Exactly. Seattle can afford this rite now. We need Scot to have three extra shots at finding some mid-late round gems than we need one third round gem. Great effing trade.

Extra picks means we can take a risk

So you're obviously more of an expert than McCloughan.

I wonder if we pick Collins out of LSU with this late 3rd selection.

So am I just suppose to agree with every he does? Just not a big fan of the move and would have preferred that we drafted Lockett. The reason is our number 3 wr sucks and also proved to be a non factor as a return man. Lockett was a dominant wr and return man that has blazing speed. Hopefully SM can make some hay with these middle round picks. But I think Seattle's GM got a real good player and I think he knows what he's doing.

Maybe Ryan Grant steps up this year. Ill take the three extra picks over a number three wr anyday. Especially with SM's track record.

No, but unless you're some expert NFL scout, I think it's a bit arrogant to say that we passed on a gamebreaker on the freaking 3rd round.

The teams are in different places. Lets get our foundation set and maybe next year we get the 2016 3rd round wunderkind.

And to your question about liking all his moves, given his track record vs our FO for the past 10 years yes I think he ought to get a huge benefit of doubt

Football Perspective
‏@fbgchase
Washington picked up an insane 178 cents on the dollar in the 4-1 trade with the Seahawks Draft Pick Value Calculator … (69 for 95/115/167/181)

Re: Nfl draft round 2 and 3 thread.

It looks like the Skins must have traded out of the top of the 3rd with Seattle who I think holds the 31st slots
Rd 1 - #5(5) Brandon Scherff (OT) Iowa
Rd 2 - #6(38) Preston Smith (DE) Miss St
Rd 3 - #31(95)
Rd 4 - #6(105)
Rd 4 - #13(112)
Rd 5 - #5(141)
Rd 5 - #31(167)
Rd 6 - #5(181)
