I think it matters. If you'd have asked me BEFORE the season if it would be important to beat both Dallas and Philadelphia, I'd have said yes. How about you?

Re: Game Thread: Raiders @ Skins 11/20/05
If they don't make the playoffs, I could really care less about who they beat. I'm not one of those people who will say "I don't care about our record...just beat Dallas, cause that's a losing attitude." They could have gone 10 and 6 and lost all 6 divisional games as long as they make the playoffs, I couldn't care less.

We have to pretty much win out in order to make the playoffs.

Re: Game Thread: Raiders @ Skins 11/20/05
I think that it's not only our record but our manner of losing that's pissing everyone off. It's frustrating to lose close games that we have a good shot at winning.

Re: Game Thread: Raiders @ Skins 11/20/05
It's even more frustrating to lose games (like Tampa) where we were in control and the opposing QB is a new guy.
As I said, I don't really know how much more of this I can take before I just quit watching. Some days it seems like I give more to the Redskins than they give back. And our pass D? There is no expletive strong enough, seriously. |

Re: Game Thread: Raiders @ Skins 11/20/05
Anyone have any ideas about why we abandoned the run in the 4th quarter, nursing a 3 point lead?
