Please read the paragraph after the "greatest of all time" joke.

Re: (updated title): Make Your Day One Redskins Draft Selections (Rounds 1-2)

I'll admit, when I first saw Jordy Nelson the guy reminded me of the typical steroid injecting, macho bar guy that makes people say "never meet your heroes." Of course I also thought Steve Spagnola looked like he'd be an asshole but the guy was more then willing to not only stick up for his players but support them to.

Anyway Jordy Nelson seems to have a pretty cool personality that reminds me in some ways of Chris Cooley. With that said I am no longer opposed to drafting Jordy Nelson, well at least for today. Of course to get him we might have to take him in the 2nd as he will be probably be long gone when we pick in the 3rd.

in the 3rd great value. in the 2nd, guys with bigger impacts for us (CBs/DL) are generally better ideas.

Vinny Cerrato realy likes James Hardy. My guess is we will draft him in the second, if he is there. Also, we may move up in the second to get him.

Man, I have very little knowledge of where he will be drafted. Vinny Cerrato seems to like him and he said that he will probably go in the 2nd.

I guess I'm just trying to figure out if you are saying Talib is no good, and basing it on this clip

Aqib Talib is very overated... he will be a bust in the NFL. Cason is not a good pick for us either. C'mon down I'll show you some tape. Same could be said for Calais Campbell, there's a reason why he's fallen out of the 1st round in real mock drafts

Well I respect your opinion a lot, A LOT, on this matter

But you're dead wrong! (I agree about Campbell)

I've always liked Cason more than Talib. But you're not really a fan eh? Can you pull some tape of Terrell Thomas and the kid from Iowa (Godfrey?). Oh and Lavelle Hawkins too

I gotta get down there and watch some tapes. You in Building 2 or 4? Let's do lunch

I've never seen DRC play, but I keep hearing a lot about his cover skills and combine results. But, I have wonder if his frame will hold up in the NFL. The man looks like a stiff breeze would break him in half.

Unfortunatly I define film as a whole game that shows the good and bad plays. As fans we really only have access to highlights and scouting reports I personally watch NFL Network since they give viewers the good and bad about a prospect instead of just filling your head with highlights. Of course the downside to that is they might analyze 20 or 30 players for an average of 3 minutes if that. Where as, us fans want to see analysis of guys that could go in the 3rd, 5th, and 6th.

Lol, that stiff breeze line is cold, but kind of true. I had posted some YouTube Senior Bowl highlights of the guy but they have since been taken down. Ironically though a recent analysis (by my BOY Mike Mayock) showed Rogers getting burned just as much as he was making plays, still not a bad player, but he might not be the great CB that people are making him out to be.

Anyway looks like he could be a top-15 pick these days.

Cambell is huge and probably will be our pick. Its hard to pass on the physicallity of him.I am a WVU mountaineer fan and watching the games i like Jenkins, the corner out of USF.He has good size 6'0 tall and 200 lbs.,he is quick and fast, and plays very physical. He tackles good, and makes smart decisions. This may be bias, because i seen him play in person and you know that live games show the true talent.WVU has alot of speed at the wr spot and USF has beat them consistently.
