i mean, yea it was a good time and all. a few disrespectful douchebags but also a decent amount of respect for the ST jersey as well. Not worth the $ tho, i would also stick to September games in this region simply because of the weather. Last night was cold lol. It is what it is... would have been better to win the game but, I prolly won't spend the money to go again unless its a very early in the year game. Which is a laugh the league fucks us in scheduling every year making it the most difficult it can be ha.

Re: Alex Effect - 2019 Draft

What position is the Redskins #1 need in the Draft?
Quarterback
Running Back
Possession Wide Receiver
Speed Wide Receiver
Tight End
Offensive Guard
Offensive Tackle
Center
and on defense.. CB/DB. and i would sure as heck resign Ha ha Clinton Dix..
Will Grier would be the object of my off-season one way or another.
I like Alex Smith but i don't want to go back to a check down quarterback. I can not believe we gave 40 million this yr for Alex. We could have paid Kirk for that much. We're in a tough spot right now and I don't think it would be justified firing Gruden with the Amount of injuries we have had the past 2 seasons.

Re: Alex Effect - 2019 Draft

Bleacher Report mock draft today has us taking Will Grier at No. 16.

I would take any of those positions as long as it is not someone made of glass and contributes consistently.
I notice you dont have linebacker on there. Id roll with a difference maker in the middle. Think that has been probably the most glaring weakness on D.

"Hearing from several different people over last few days that Alex Smith is having devastating complications from his broken leg surgery battling infection. Supposedly he's had multiple surgeries to try to combat infection. Chances of him playing again in real jeaopardy."

Wow, so it looks like Alex really may be done.

I hope the guy can walk right again much less play football. what a horrible situation.

That really sucks, it was widely assumed everything would go to plan and he'd be back next year. Sounds like we should begin prepping for the worst-case scenario, which is him retiring and our cap being fucked for next year at least.

Alex seems like a stand up guy, I bet he would consider helping the organization somehow on that. He's made millions in his career, I Doubt he is really in need of 41M but then again money talks.

He would, he’s a stand up person and well liked.

As I understand it, there really isn't anything he can do about it. Best thing he can do is wait till June 1st to retire (or we cut him as a Post Jun1st cut).

The NFLPA is not going to let a player give back guaranteed money that would be a ludicrous position for them to allow it in any circumstance. If anything they want all contracts guaranteed.

Well hopefully he decides to wait then. I guess we will see
