Watching the Shanahan's interview with Larry Michael, Shanhan stated that Campbell can seek a trade up until the draft and if no deal, "He's expected to be back at Redskins Park working out after(wards)".

we aren't getting a 2nd or 3rd unless some team gets desperate on draft day or their guy goes down unfortunately
