My Thoughts On The Glenn Beck Rally

Thats not as bad as the liberal I heard last night saying that the Tea Party is full of people like this guy and its ony a matter of time before a tea party member does the same thing. Not sure who the person was but he was on the Left ch. and spewed more hate at the tea party then I have ever heard on the radio. The person was a guest but the host seemed to agree with eveything the person said.

I looked it up and the shows host was The Thom Hartmann Show

If you want to say he is not a real christian fine. A lot of people in the muslim world say the same about osama not being a muslim.

Bottom line, his manifesto alludes to his twisted christian beliefs.

You raise a good point here. We're quick to lump all "muslims" with radicals and/or religious extremists, but have another standard when an individual espouses christian beliefs, no matter how whacky he is.

"We" are? Really? Sorry, I for one don't do so and know many many like minded conservatives who don't do so.

Muslim = Lunatic is no more true than Christian = Sane. As many here have noted, and I think the majority of Americans believe (no, I don't have a link) any religion can be twisted to express extremist and hateful practice. Yes, there is vocal minority that believes Muslim=Radical Muslim Extremist. I simply do not believe that is the majority of Americans.

Crazy is as crazy does - whether its christian, muslim, hindu, or [name your religion here] crazy.

Sorry I'm not throwing the Tea Party in as a bunch of wackos. The wackos are the American public in both parties that have allowed our government to run up a 14 trillion dollar dept, steal our SS money, etc... and then look to them to fix this crap.

Well until Danny boy fires up the jet or some teams start to make some moves nothing has changed. I'm guessing after tomorrow afternoon the NFL news will be jumping and stay pretty hot for about a week.

Hey there bud, racism isn't monopolized by whites. Asians and Arabs don't think to highly of blacks or whites. Neither do many latinos.
