OK I am in Detroit. I was watching the Lions til about half a hour ago. I thought you meant Trent had a bona fide slip of the tongue and revealed who the starter was going to be. He could have just meant Beck since he was the only guy playing then.

Well once he said it he clarified with "which could be beck or Grossman"

Now that I think about it I think he was just saying Beck could be our starter so we have to be in there to protect him.
