I am surprised they didn't call a penalty, looked like a shot to the back of the head [sarcasm]

Re: RGIII Named Starter
I was just in my friends shop here in Fredericksburg and the NFLPA RG3 shirts are already out in the retail world. They didn't waste any time.

Re: RGIII Named Starter
He wears a rib protector and I'm pretty sure all QB's today wear a rib protector. Can't think of any off the top of my head that don't wear one.

Re: RGIII Named Starter
Griff making another smart move...trademarking his name and the variations of it.
Report: RGIII trademarks name, 'Unbelievably Believable'

Re: RGIII Named Starter
Didn't Lavar try something similar, and nearly got in a fight with the NFLPA because they have some sort of rights agreement. I probably am the only one, but I think this is a misstep. One of those legal savvy PR bad moves that may end up hurting him (think Bentley only bigger)

Re: RGIII Named Starter
Arrington didn't want his name used for jersey sales unless he got a bigger cut. I think this situation is different.

Lavar's situation is completely different, he had no nickname/moniker to protect.

Ahhh good memory sir. I think Griffin is confident, but not arrogant like Arrington.
