Re: Around the League...Training Camp Style!
I'm worried about winning games, not who won the trade.

Re: Around the League...Training Camp Style!
Yes but the RGII trade has a big impact on that equation.

Re: Around the League...Training Camp Style!
Winning takes care of everything and it's ultimately what everyone is judged on. Griffin can be a good to very good QB and win plenty of games. I don't think he needs to be "elite". He just needs to win.

Jerry Jones' Son Stephen -- Hey Ladies, Let's Party ... On My Dallas Cowboys Bus!! | TMZ.com The Dallas Cowboys finally played like champs last night -- not on a football field, but on the Sunset Strip ... where Jerry Jones' son parked a giant team bus outside a nightclub and proceeded to pull a bunch of hot chicks. None of the Cowboys players were there, but Stephen Jones -- Jerry's son and the team's Director of Player Personnel -- led what appeared to be a group of team staffers into Bootsy Bellows nightclub. Training camp is about 90 minutes north of L.A. ... so looks like they were taking a party break. Stephen didn't have anything to say about the big Cowboys news yesterday -- an alleged extortion plot involving pics of his father with two women. But the best part of this clip ... is the scene ON the bus after they leave the club. The Cowboys staff is holding court with a bevy of club chicks ... the shades come down, and then the bus pulls out. By the way, they did have a guide -- FOX Sports' Jay Glazer, who definitely knows his way around Hollywood hot spots (we see him out a lot in the off-season). How 'bout dem Cowboys!

Re: Around the League...Training Camp Style!
Correct, but after what we gave up for that trade the generally consistence is RGIII better turn out to be elite. In order for us to have a playoff run this year RGIII got be pretty close to elite. This isn't Seattle where Wilson is being asked to be good and the better parts of that team care the load. In WAS a lot if not at all hinges on RGII's "eliteness" for this years team's ability to capture wins.

I have gone to strip clubs as a married man and my wife knows. Honestly the best place for a married man to go and not get laid is most likely a strip club. They want your $ not your cock.

Re: Around the League...Training Camp Style!
the extortion plot thing...unless someone was holding a gun off camera when those pictures were taken, then who cares?
Is that the new excuse now? Put that up there with he's going to rehab, my twitter was hacked, etc. Dont put yourself in those situations to begin with, Jerry got some splaining to do imo

Plugging the holes that made the ship sink last year in combination with RGIII improvement (RGIII not having to be elite) could be enough to get us in the playoffs. Our divisional opponents are not elite. |

Re: Around the League...Training Camp Style!
We picked RGIII #2 overall in the draft. While he is young and and in a new system right now, he had better become elite sooner or later. You don't want to spend the #2 pick on a non-elite player.
But I agree with those who say what he needs to do more than anything this year is just win.

Re: Around the League...Training Camp Style!
I think we've seen he's pretty damn elite when healthy.

Re: Around the League...Training Camp Style!
Yup but that was not as a pocket passer. That was in his gimmick pistol formation.

Re: Around the League...Training Camp Style!
Lil patience with RG3, folks remember Andy Dalton.
Let Gruden and RG3 work together a little bit.

You have returned us to the point: if we are being patient with RGIII, there ain't no way that Cousins is starting.

what ive heard in camp is Rg3 timing has been off with his recievers and his rhythm isnt down yet. Thats just natural adapting to the system. Im glad Colt and Kirk have played well behind him as well. But what bothers me is the media instance trolling of Kirk vs RG3 comparison. Thats yellow journalism...if you want to call it journalism.
