Seriously, u can't expect to stop them EVERY drive right now, the secondary played they're asses off, we should have won that game by 20 ....

Ok now that has been explained,can someone explain this call? With 7:06 in the first qtr romo is under pressure and scrambles out of bounds for a couple of yards.Flag on redskins on the play for illegal contact.Ref gets on the mike and says"illegal contact on #31,this 5 yard penalty will be ADDED TO THE END OF THE RUN.WTF? Since when do illegal contact penalties get added to the end of a run?I thought you either took the 5 yard penalty for first down or nothing,am I wrong?
