Re: RG3 and Gruden?
A lot of RGIII issues are related to lacking confidence (playing scared since the ankle injury). Just look at his body language, he also needs to learn to play in the pocket. Around here they are
Comparing the 2 (RGIII & Kap)to not trusting their OL's.

Re: RG3 and Gruden?
I don't think this franchise under Snyder has ever had a plan, as far as team management. Except maybe that one time St. Gibbs was here, and we looked like a professional organization for once under Snyder, and there was a plan to have Gregg Williams succeed Gibbs as HC. Then Gibbs left, Snyder invited Williams for at least a couple days at his place, and..... oops.

When RGIII says that problems are on him and on the protection, you can tell that he really is blaming the protection alone. Maybe he's a fake, but when McCoy says the same thing, he is quite believable in the self-blame part, unlike Griffin. So he's just telling it like it is rather than throwing others under the bus.

Yet what's lost in all of this is the fact that our o-line sucks and the team has missed on it big time.
