A pair of misdemeanor disorderly conduct charges against Barnett will be dropped if he meets the requirements of the agreement. The first charge will be reduced to a non-criminal ordinance violation and the other charge will be dropped if Barnett can avoid arrest until a potential sentencing date July 2, complete an anger-management course and pay a $500 forfeiture. Barnett has already completed the anger-management course.
