Good post. 22-11 is pretty good.

Leinart can still be successful in this league in my opinion. Happy to see Young (with tremendous help from Chris Johnson) bounce back from all his issues and contribute.

Agreed. I felt bad for him with all he went through last year. He's doing a great job and looks like an impressive offensive weapon. In his young career, that's his 8th game winning drive in the 4th quarter or OT. Throw that up there with his 22-11 record... I'd say Tennessee has themselves a starting QB for a while. Good for VY. I loved watching him play at Texas.

CJ's stats have exploded since Young became the starter. It works both ways.

Vince Young has won his last 8 starts. Does he look pretty playing QB? No, but he's fun to watch and he wins ball games.

Ive never been a VY fan but he looked pretty dang good tonight, Its good to see the coaches putting in plays that let him use his strengths. The option play was kickin A.

VY was awesome with a great Texas team in college . VY wins bottom line , if the Titans find another weapon at the skill positions , they could be tough in 2010 .

as others have pointed out they do have chris johnson who is imo the best running back in the nfl right now. i'm pretty sure he is averaging over 6 yds a carry this year and that is a sick f-ing stat, and he should have over 2000 yds by the end of the season, the dude is a beast

its all about winning in this league. that's why Young is miles ahead of Campbell. is Tenn. personnel better then Washington's? maybe? but Young knows how to make plays. Campbell does not. in this league its all about making something out of nothing

I agree to an extent VY is a scrambling QB i can't name one scrambling QB that didn't make plays with their feet and his best weapon the RB will most likely be the next RB to rush for 2,000 yards yes before AP!!! All in all one attribute & one player JC doesn't have.

It just kills me to think that a team that started 0-6 is probably in a better position than we after 10 games :frusty: but I wouldn't count AP out just yet he's one hell of a back too. If I remember right he was on track to pass the 2,000 yard mark in his ROOKIE season if it wasn't for his injuries. but AP has a QB who can put up his own share of yards this year, I wish we atleast had a QB or RB that could do put up good numbers consistently but I guess with our O-line that probably won't happen anytime soon

Re: Jason Campbell for Vince Young ? Who would you rather have?

So far it's been pretty smooth sailing for Young since he regained the starting spot. But I want to see how he bounces back from adversity on the field. What happens when he throws 2 INTs in the first half of a critical game at home and the fans start booing? How will he respond?

Re: Jason Campbell for Vince Young ? Who would you rather have?

are you kidding? JC of course, both are comparable in terms of pure talent (VY might be a better rushing qb). However, when it comes to class and poise and just over all professionalism, Young doesn't hold a candle to Campbell

Re: Jason Campbell for Vince Young ? Who would you rather have?

Punter Brett Kern has been the key. Plays with Broncos and they go 6-0. Now he's on the Titans and since they signed him Broncos are 0-4 and Titans are 4-0
