Re: What Are You Reading?
Yes, officially I'm a thirteen-year-old girl, but I got so into the Hunger Games, I read all the books in a week. I haven't been so obsessed over reading something (ANYTHING) in a long ass time. I don't care about your gender, age, whatever. This is something I think that everyone would truly enjoy.
Shut up Daseal, I know what you're thinking...

Re: What Are You Reading?
I preferred 'Jawbreaker', but this had a raw quality interspersed with his wife's comments really underscored how tough it life is for SF types.
7/10. Now reading 'Dance with Dragons' by George RR Martin, VMware Vsphere V5 manuals and Powershell 2.0. There's certainly more sexiness in the George RR Martin book. |

Re: What Are You Reading?
I prefer non fiction and just ordered the Seal Team Six suggestion and Destiny of the Republic (which i heard was amazing) from amazon.
This what I read in the last 6-8 months thought was pretty decent: Amazon.com: Priceless: How I Went Undercover to Rescue the World's Stolen Treasures (9780307461476): Robert K. Wittman, John Shiffman: Books and Amazon.com: The Rite: The Making of a Modern Exorcist (9780385522717): Matt Baglio: Books

Re: What Are You Reading?
Anyone read The Road?
I saw the movie the other night and after reading some reviews they all seem to agree the book is much better. |

I actually thought they did a decent job with the movie; oddly enough when I read it back in '07 or '08 I pictured Viggo Mortensen(sp?) as the lead for whatever reason.

Now I really can't wait to see where the show goes from here. Season 3 could be totally insane. |
