wasn't it so awesome how joe and troy were talking about his speed and ability to run right by you, right before his td?

Re: Skins 38 Cowboys 31 post game thread
Mike Shanahan drafted Robinson because he was fast. He probably slipped to the 6th round of the 2011 draft because he couldn't catch the football. But even at SMU the guy dropped passes. He's nowhere near a complete wide out yet but once he starts catching 15/17 balls thrown to him he will be a starter. The young man does have the potential to be a 65-80 receptions a year/1,000-1,300 yard a year wide receiver.

Absolutely! Anyone who tries to beat him to it should be forced to sport a Cowgirls avatar for a week!

Well here's the thing. They got some turnovers and that helped put points on the board. Dallas is going to score, we knew that. Dex Bryant is an animal. Really the only thing that bothered me yesterday is when Haslett went to the zone.

Re: Skins 38 Cowboys 31 post game thread
Aldrick Robinson has too much speed. If he can keep catching passes without the drops, he can be just as good as any WR in the NFL. I don't see the Redskins trading him. He's a developmental player who hasn't reached his potential yet. Once he reaches it, it would be crazy for the Redskins to trade him. Robinson could be another Victor Cruz. I can see the Redskins trading Leonard Hankerson though.

No freakin' way. How about we keep a home grown guy and let him keep improving with RG3.

The thing we are going to have going for us is RGIII. Players will want to stick around and come in to play with him.

One more thing about RG3. Is there a tougher guy on the team? Every week he's taking some serious shots yet he just keeps on getting up. He's tough as nails.

Re: Skins 38 Cowboys 31 post game thread
After sucking for so long on offense I'd like to keep as many weapons as possible....unless someone is willing to give up a true #1 corner or a beast safety. We still need a RT. I never thought I'd say it....but I'm more comfortable with our o-line than our defense. It was good to see some pressure and some TO's the last couple of weeks but we're still giving up big leads waaaay too often.

Re: Skins 38 Cowboys 31 post game thread
I think the Redskins will be a lot better next season in the secondary. There's no way in hell the secondary doesn't get addressed this coming offseason. The Redskins have Brandon Meriweather and Tanard Jackson coming back. We also have Madieu Williams. Although Madieu Williams let me down with being out of position on that 77 yard bomb against the Giants, I've noticed that he has played well overall. He had a pick 6 against Minnesota and the hit he put on Dez Bryant yesterday to prevent the score in the end zone was tremendous. I can still see the Redskins drafting at least two young safeties.
The CB position will have to be addressed. D. Hall is a slot guy. He's not a number 1 CB. Mike Shanahan and Jim Haslett have to know this and I hope Bruce Allen uses our 2nd round pick to address the corner position in the draft. Since Mike Shanahan likes competition so much, it would make sense to draft another CB to push Josh Wilson. I'm not sure if Crawford or Minnifield is ready to do that just yet. |

Watching the Moss touchdown was a thing of beauty, the way he twisted his foot so that it stayed in bounds, and the timing and overall body control of Santana.

A few weeks ago people were wondering if we still needed upgrades at WR, now everyone is on the trade block. Hilarious.
