Real Time Economics
Economic insight and analysis from The Wall Street Journal. Employment and Recession: More Job Losses to ComeEconomists React: ‘Scary’ Employment ReportJanuary 9, 2009, 12:04 PM ET.Bush On Jobs: The Worst Track Record On Record By WSJ Staff President George W. Bush entered office in 2001 just as a recession was starting, and is preparing to leave in the middle of a long one. That’s almost 22 months of recession during his 96 months in office. His job-creation record won’t look much better. The Bush administration created about three million jobs (net) over its eight years, a fraction of the 23 million jobs created under President Bill Clinton’s administration and only slightly better than President George H.W. Bush did in his four years in office taken from a wall street journal article. not sure where SS33 is getting his info from

Re: What has Obama done well?
well, if he only gained a total of 3 million jobs the entire 8 years in office, must of been gaining a couple of hundred at a clip( to claim 52 cons.)

It's amazing how far some will go will skew facts to serve their own personal adgenda. Obviously in your eyes, even when Bush did things well, you hated him enough to think he did NOTHING right.

And we will certainly miss Tim Russert, he was definitely one of the good guys.

Re: What has Obama done well?
Careful. I'll start posting Bush clips and the epitomy of douchebaggery and incompetence will eclipse anything Paul, Obama, Carter, Reagan, Taft, Clinton, Hoover, Wilson....Helms..well, you get the point. Or maybe you don't. Doesn't matter anyway. Get used to 7 more years of Obama.
