Re: What has Obama done well?
It was from from the US by Obama to help pay for them to extract oil which he owns a ton of perfered stock in the co. . Like he really need 2 billion dollars but I guess its pay back time for all his contributions.

Re: What has Obama done well?
I like the well-known fact that Obama is trying to undo the mess that Bush created. He is trying to withdraw our troops from Iraq (they never should have been there in the first place), and trying to focus on the war in Afghanistan and decide what to do among all the advice his military leaders is giving him.
I like the fact that he's scheduling town hall meetings to try to explain his health care plan and also to discuss in detail all the misinformation that the Bush crowd is spreading about his plan. I'm too worked up about the Redskins offense to think of anything else... |

Re: What has Obama done well?
I am not a fan of Obama's policies at all. I thought we were going to have a bipartisan tone and transparency but that has not happened. The GOP is a mess and will probably be for awhile.
What do I think he has done well? I think he has done a great job of protecting his children from the limelight. I really respect him for that. |

Way to rep those liberals dblanch. One of lamest strings of posts I've ever read on this site. Especially the part about sexually defiling the Bible. Classy stuff.

But yeah, that was a total embarrassment...but not all that surprising coming from him. I'm sure he'll come back with some "clever" retort now. Of course, this chain of events basically began when Miller101 decided (again) that anyone who is even remotely Republican is an idiot.

Re: What has Obama done well?
Maybe you could try adding something of substance to the discussion. Take a hint from saden. Instead, you throw out assumptions and then when they're refuted, you say "Oh well anyone can post a link from the Internet."

"Your mama," "someone has their panties in a bunch," "go jerk off to the bible, Bartholomew," "poopy head." Anything else we should know about you?

Re: What has Obama done well?
I think it's time for Obama to do a housecleaning. Rahm, Axelrod, Gibbs need to go. They are not up to the job. He should bring in some steadier hands and maybe he can save his presidency. Maybe. We were told that experience and lack thereof didn't count, but it does. In a town like Washington, people who wing it, get eaten for breakfast. He's got majorities that no President has enjoyed since Johnson and he still can't move legislation. That's indicative of staff weakness. That's what de-railed Carter. Reagan got legislation passed with Tip O'Neill running congress. Of course, he had Jim Baker. Obama has Chicago people who are coming from a play to play approach where you just buy off the legislature. In D.C you can buy some but not all of the votes you need. Money is unpersuasive if people are afraid for their political lives. He needs to clean house.

Such irony that Miller101 thinks anyone who even sniffs the Republican party is an idiot. I mean, reading a few of his posts pretty much contradicts that sentiment. I'm still just amazed at a few of the things I've read in this thread this evening.

Re: What has Obama done well?
