Re: Let It Snow
Yeah, this is pretty nuts. I've now watched Training Day four times over the past few days.

Re: Let It Snow
My parents finally got out of their house. They'd been stuck there since Friday evening with no power or heat. They're not exactly young so I was getting worried about them.

I wouldnt let someone merge in front of me this morning because he had a good 10 inches of snow on his roof on the highway. There were also 2 major accidents on my route to work. And seconds ago I just got a email to avoid 95N and 64E from the Westend, another accident. It was 21 degrees when i left this morning. There is a lot of black ice out there.

Re: Let It Snow
My buddy headed down there Sunday morning towing 5 bobcats down to help remove snow. He owned two and rented three and his wife was saying that the first day will pay all the bills then after that its all profit.

Re: Let It Snow
I can deal with the snow, it's the power outage that has so many people in the region concerned. Some people here in Montgomery County will be without power for the remainder of the week. Those that lose power again over the next two days as a result of a new storm front coming from the west will have to wait until those who were without have been restored first. It's the pits.......... I just hope we don't lose power again like we did from Friday night until Sunday morning.
