Re: Around the NFL ... Week 13 edition

2 other points.

1 How many times has RG III led us into winning games late to either have the chance taken away because of penalties or our defense giving up the lead late without time to get it done?

2 The strengths of our schedule vs theirs.

I may be completely wrong and seen as bias but I really do see a gap between the two players. Both are going to be good but RG III has shown greatness in so many ways on and off the field.

Kicked the shit of the bears defense, beat NO at their stadium. I love RGIII but there are other great young players out there too. Yes, RGIII is electrifying and great but you have to give credit to other players too.

Re: Around the NFL ... Week 13 edition

If you're talking about winning drives -- Luck with two TDs with 2:39 mins to go is not bad either.

I think it's a hard decision between RG3 and Luck now.

Luck almost certainly has taken his team to the playoffs, and had what most ppl thought was a pretty bad team. He doesn't have much running game to support him, and his defense has been pretty bad.

RG3 is statistically great, hasn't had his #1 WR or TE, and has been clutch in tight / pivotal games and is a walking highlight reel & cult-phenomenon. However, he has had a running game behind him and we're only 5-6 right now.

I think right now RG3 deserves the ROY, but I think Luck gets it if he goes to the playoffs and we don't.

That sounds more like a point in favor of Luck.

Re: Around the NFL ... Week 13 edition

He has a running game that is vastly more successful because of his ability. We do not have a defense so to speak, if we did this team would not be 5-6. With Rak, BM, AC, and TJ playing this team is not 5-6.

I am not saying RG III is the only good young guy out there either, but I am saying he is a step above the rest.

I will give Luck and Wilson all do credit for playing well throughout the season.

Didn't know kapnerick played on defense to kick the shit out of the bears and not to impressed with him beating Saints in the Dome, RG3 beat them there too. The chiefs even won there so, show me more Kapernick

I'm not going to get into a Pissing contest here, Kapernick gives the 49ers a better dynamic than Smith. He's like a poor man's RGIII, he can run, has a stronger arm, more physical. He did kick their ass on offense, Bears are over rated in my opinion.

Cowboys are an embarrassment, Jerry Jones is looking as red as a tomato from being humiliated.

Do people ever cover Witten? He always seems so wide open.

Also, if I'm the Cowboys, I'd never huddle. They only seem to score when there's hardly any time left.

The cowboys are there own worst enemy, when they can run the ball they are a very hard team to stop. We will see if Garrett sticks with the run.
