I don't understand it, but that's the thinking imo. Fringe candidates like Bernie, Trump and Carlson (at one time) getting a lot of press and are doing well. Clearly they are outsiders of the big political parties/machine run by special interest.

I don't think people are taking serious the fact Bernie is small-individual-donation funded and Trump is self funded. That's a big deal.

He wouldn't ,real politicians will lock him out and he won't get shit done.If people thought Obama played golf and went on trips you haven't seen shit yet. Trump might never seen the Oval office it will interrupt with his tee time.

I agree, but that's a scary prospect. I think we're all tired of it, but if the devil himself walked up there and with a plan to kill as many puppies as possible, it seems like Trump supporters would support him just the same.

Jefferson called Adams a hermaphrodite. That was pretty risqué in the 1790s.

Technically, Trumpy Rump just repeated what someone said in the audience. I kind of laughed!

“I like the pope unless the pope doesn’t like me,” Trump said. “Then I don’t like the pope.”

Trumps interpretation of Matthew 7:12...the golden rule

dude you cant go after the pope. no, you cant do it.

Trump should just look at what the pope is saying and understand his position. That's what a leader does...you have to accept other world leaders view and their position and look for common ground. You can respond with something ignorant and juvenile.

To me this was a test and he failed.

Oh Bull shit!!! The pope was 100% right and when asked if he would tell people not to vote he stayed out of it just like Trump should have done if he was a real leader but he can't keep his big mouth shut.F Donald Trump if he gets in it will be 100 times worse than Obama ever was or even Bush for that matter.

ROTFL!!!!! I love the irrational responses. I don't care what the Pope said. I'm just saying, I can't blame a guy for not liking someone who doesn't like him back. That's all I'm saying. Whether that guy be Tom Landry's ghost, the Pope, or Papa Smurf.

Honestly, if the Pope said he didn't like me, I probably wouldn't like him back either. The Pope is not an authority over me. I'm not even Catholic. He might be 100% right in what he said about me, but that doesn't mean I have to like him.
