Diggs brother even posted a photoshopped picture of him in a Skins uniform on Instagram

Rumors also saying Norman could be involved in a deal

Re: Redskins Free Agency Thread

Grading players is so subjective. Otherwise drafting players and signing free agents would be fool proof. Well it is not.
NFL Teams with professional scouts, coaches and talent evaluators get it wrong half of the time. PFF has to be less than that. So I am not going hold PFF grades as anything more than a not professional grade and more of an opinion of a nonprofessional.
There are certain stats like sacks that artificially elevate a players score when they can have serious weakness’ in their game. Trent Murphy or Preston Smith are the perfect example.
Alex Smith played on a great KC team that had a decent offensive line, great running game and talent all over the roster. They won a lot but never went far in the playoffs. Alex got a big contract on a banner stats year. But with us last year the team won with him but his passing game was not great to say the least. It wasn’t his talent, it was the talent around him was less. How do grade that PFF stat boy?

Sacks aren't as important as pressures and hurries actually and as far as Smith he was way down from his year with KC, and not just do to talent around him, he missed plenty of throws. Again you don't have to agree with the grading process, I'm just saying the work put in is not just BS.

I don't think anyone is saying it's complete BS.

It is highly suspect as far as determining how good an NFL player actually is.

Based on Haha being the highest graded safety in the league at the time we traded a 4th for him, where would you have ranked him at his position group?

Would you have traded a higher pick for him based on the grade or looked at something else to judge his value?

His scheme was good in GB, played single high a lot but no he is not a top 5 safety IMO, he may grade well but again that has many factors to it. I do think HHCD is better than what he was for us and will play well in Chicago.

Let’s build off this perspective, and list another example of D MCNabb...both these QB seem avg/above avg...what benefited these 2 more than anything? Andy Reid and his system. Both came here with some left in the tank under fairly competent offensive coaches and under performed. U think Bruce wouldn’t get burned twice...he clearly did.

Re: Redskins Free Agency Thread

I am watching the Diggs trainwreck on Twitter. Hilarious.

Not gonna happen, but watching the reactions makes for some interesting entertainment.

Man, I’d call Donald Penn as a depth, swing Tackle.
