Re: Redskins v.s. Packers Game thread
All that work for nothing. They missed the kick anyway.

Re: Redskins v.s. Packers Game thread
I *LOVE* that Joe "iced" the kicker but didn't resort to the classless, "wait until the ball is snapped" crap that other coaches have resorted to this year.
And +1 because Aikman picked up on that and called us out for it.

Re: Redskins v.s. Packers Game thread
we're dominating this game...but we HAVE to keep it up...they'll make adjustments...if we can get a TD after halftime, that might be game

Re: Redskins v.s. Packers Game thread
I disagree. Here's why:
There's a minute left in the half. You don't want to give Favre two mins to come back down on you and score. So you run the toss play to the right to keep the clock moving. If Heyer makes his block, Portis only has to make one guy miss and he's in the endzone. Because Heyer missed, 40 seconds run off the clock, and we ended up scoring on the next play.

Re: Redskins v.s. Packers Game thread
maybe but we need to make a few adjustments too... we seemed to have more success running to left than right. I don't know how to do it, but it would help if we could do something to open up our wide-outs more. Defense is looking solid but it would be good if we could pressure Favre more often... maybe send Fletcher or McIntosh on the blitz

Re: Redskins v.s. Packers Game thread
Jason's starting to get a lot of love guys. I hope it doesn't jinx him. He's level headed, but I liked it better when everyone was talking about Vince Young and Bush every week.
