Re: Cardinals vs Redskins game thread

The cardinals d does look pretty good, though. I think alot of times we assume that we're not calling the right plays or whatever if we're not moving the ball. Sometimes the other side is just really playing well. Gotta give them credit.

Re: Cardinals vs Redskins game thread

I think they did scale back the gameplan because of the off line, but i wish they would try some stuff like the direct snap to portis,or let ARE throw the ball, something to keep the def off balance

LOL...that was a tough catch.
In case you missed it, even the announcer said it was conservative, the fans think it's conservative, and the people here think so too...it's only you that is saying it isn't. I wonder who's right?

I haven't denied it's conservative, but I'm trying to explain why it is. Are the coaches just being conservative for the sake of being conservative? I'd prefer to consider the reasons why that is rather than just passing blame and not understanding why things happen they way they do.

I missed that then. I understand why they are too. It's just allowing the Cards more and more chances. Like we're daring them to beat us.

We need to get some pressure on Warner or he will march down the field.

Re: Cardinals vs Redskins game thread

2nd half drives:
1st drive, 2 runs, 1 pass.
2nd drive, 8 runs, 2 passes.
3rd drive, 1 run, 2 passes.
4th drive, 2 runs, 1 pass.

Current drive 1 run, 1 pass.

That's 14 runs to 7 passes.

Just an FYI.

I am sure if you look at the first half stats it will be even worst.

Oh well, as long as we win, I'm OK with it. We can't do this every week...but we could get away with it vs the Cards.
