Re: P90x
So, are any of you guys still doing P90X? Have any of you went on and purchased P90X 2? I took a little break from doing P90X 5 days a week, and I'm now back to 5 days again. Just about to complete my second week of phase one. I have to say, it's much tougher for me getting going this time then it was when I first started doing P90X. I really HATE getting older, but I promised myself and my fiancee' that I would be in tip top shape by the wedding.

Re: P90x
I still use it as a supplemental workout. I usually run 3 days a week, and lift 2 days using the videos. I haven't checked out 2 yet. I kinda got away from it when I started running last summer. Got hooked on that and haven't looked back.

Re: P90x
You run outside or on a treadmill? Unfortunately, my knees just can't seem to take the running on pavement anymore. Of course, I also have to be careful when I'm doing plyometrics.

Yes it is! Combine that with the Legs and back workout and I'm walking around like an 80 year old man!

Re: P90x
I did a 20 minute kettlebell workout today just to change things up and man, I'm beat and my arms and legs are like jelly. Those things are seriously no joke.

Re: P90x
I had cut back on the P90X for much of 2011, and now I'm trying to be back into going full force with it again. I'm in my third week, but I'm behind by a couple of workouts, so I'm not sure if I"m going to be able to get all 5 days in this week. If not, I'll add an extra week on to phase one next week, but I can already tell I'm in a bit better shape than what I was a few weeks ago. It definitely works!

Re: P90x
Hey everyone,
My wife and I are just about to start the Insanity workout and wondered if there is anything we should know. I'm sure it's somewhere in this thread, but I am too lazy to dig it up. We haven't really been working out in weeks and I know you're supposed to have some baseline of fitness.
